João Texeira de Faria

The Casa de Dom Inácio (House of St Ignatius of Loyola) is the Healing Centre of João Texeira de Faria, who is known in Brazil as João de Deus (John of God). The Casa, located in central Brazil approximately 130 kms south of Brasilia, has been operating for almost 30 years.

Medium João has been giving spiritual healing free of charge to recipients for almost 50 years. People flock to the Casa in their thousands, from all over Brazil and around the world, to experience seemingly miraculous healings on all levels (physical, psychological, and spiritual) for an endless variety of conditions.

John of God was born in l942 in Goiás, Brazil. He is one of the most powerful channeling mediums alive today. He was clairvoyant from an early age. There are over thirty entities he channels. Several entities work through John of God by incorporating into his body. These entities are the spirits of deceased doctors, surgeons, and saints. The Entity incorporates into John of God’s body and he has no recollection of the work performed through him.  He has helped to heal thousands of people from all kinds of illness.

Medium João does not claim to be a healer – in fact he does not remember what happens.  He says:  “I heal no-one….. God heals”.
